Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Tara Rush is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Audi of America, Inc., beginning December 2020.
Tara oversees brand strategy and is responsible for all U.S. marketing efforts including advertising, retail marketing, consumer experience and brand partnerships, CRM and social media. Tara is also the executive sponsor of the brand's inclusion strategy and employee engagement initiatives in the U.S.
Previously, Tara was the SVP and chief communications officer for Audi of America, leading the implementation of brand-driven internal and external communications across a variety of areas including corporate, product and lifestyle. Tara oversaw communications for a broad range of stakeholders including employees, industry and lifestyle media, consumers, influencers, dealers and industry associations.
Joining Audi of America from HEINEKEN USA, Tara most recently held the role of Chief Corporate Affairs Officer with more than 20 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, brand PR, employee engagement, crisis management and corporate social responsibility across multiple industries. She was a member of HEINEKEN USA’s executive management team and served as the Corporate Affairs lead where she successfully oversaw all U.S. communications.
Hailing from New York, Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Policy Analysis & Management with a concentration in Consumer Economics from Cornell University. She and her husband, Barrett, live with their two children in Northern Virginia.
