Jamie Dennis is Senior Vice President, Product Quality, Technical Service and After Sales, at Audi of America with responsibility for advancing the long-term and short-term product quality of Audi vehicles in the U.S. market as well as enhancing the dealership experience and Audi customer satisfaction in the service and parts arena.
Dennis has worked closely with AUDI AG in Germany, inside Audi of America, and with the Audi dealer body across the United States with a clear and focused strategy for further improving vehicle quality as well as dealer support for technical service and warranty. Recent third-party survey results such as J.D. Power & Associates Initial Quality Study and Consumer Reports ratings are strong indicators that Audi’s quality and customer satisfaction are right on track.
Dennis believes that the open communication and fast feedback with AUDI AG regarding market-related technical issues have played a major role in addressing such issues with a very positive outcome. He is a firm believer in a strategy that supports innovation, passion, speed, technical support processes and top-flight team members.
Dennis joined Audi in Australia, his home country, in 1996 where he began working as a product-service engineer. He advanced through a key quality-assurance role at Audi in Japan as head of after-sales and technical services before coming to the United States in 2010.
Dennis is a native of Sydney.
